- Conduct assessment of clients' physical abilities and limitations
- Develop individualise treatment plans based on assessment result
- Implement physiotherapy interventions to enhance mobility, strenght and overall physical function
- Document patient physiotherapy records accurately
- Have knowledge of therapy treatment for a wide range of injuries and conditions across all gender
- Educate clients and their caregiver about conditions, therapy and home exercise
- Work closely with multidisciplinary team, inculding nurses, occupational therapist and social workers for comprehensive care
- Assess and manage patients referred for physiotherapy independently and implement appropriate treatment plans
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy
- Full registration with AHPC
- Min 2 years experience
- Keen interest in stroke and geriatric rehabilitation
