Job Description:
This is a full time role for an Interior Designer Sales located in Venture Dr. Our client is a prominent interior design firm based in Singapore. You will handle potential clients and leads provided by the company, developing design concepts, and preparing proposals and quotations to secure tenders and projects. The job requires creating unique design proposals, managing renovation sites and subcontractors, and reviewing drawings before submitting them to the Creative Director and clients. Experience in overseeing projects from start to finish, including sales, design, and execution, is highly advantageous. The candidate should have a strong eye for design details, be proactive with excellent coordination skills, and work well in a team, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Sales driven, competent customer management.
- Strong knowledge of materials, fittings and finishes.
- Basic technical knowledge on tiling, carpentry and project management are an added advantage.
- Able to churn mood boards, 2D layout plans and quotations.
- Proficient in Kujiale (Coohom), Sketchup, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator and other design related software to develop ideas and articulate design intent.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in sales. Able to show a portfolio of projects that are completed within the last 6 months.
- Must be able to demonstrate that end to end interior designer work experience.
