Job Descriptions
- Attend to user’s issue over the phone and onsite
- Troubleshoot networking issues
- Remote support where possible
- On-site support when necessary
- Installation, setup and configuration of PCs, laptops and printers
- Liaise with regional IT for software / patches update
- Ad hoc support role on IT related issues
- To assist on CCTV , and Door Access System software deployment and Maintenance.
- To assist on CCTV Remote viewing setup.
- Sourcing of IT equipment
- Proper disposal of unused IT equipment including reformat of laptops
Job Requirements
- Good understanding of Networking (e.g. TCP/IP, Firewalls)
- Good understanding of CCTV and Door Access System.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work independently and possess positive working attitude
