Responsibilities
- Implement clinic service SOP and improve patients service quality to meet customer satisfaction
- Execute the process of providing TCM services in the company
- Liaise with clinic managers to monitor clinic overall management and track sales performance
- Ensure smooth running of clinic operations
- Handle, resolve and communicate complaints and incidents
- Execute all company’s therapists related matters including but not limited to: Roster/schedule/conduct/performance
- Plan therapists training and skillset assessment
- Any ad hoc duties assigned according to business needs.
Requirements
- Experience in TCM / Spa / Western Clinic / Aesthetic / related field
- Min Diploma / Degree in any field
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations
- Communication skills with customer service orientation
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details
- Works well independently and has strong operational skills
- Develops strong relationships with co-workers and has strong leadership skills
