We are looking for a Head Of Operations to assist with the scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing, and managing the team to ensure project accuracy and quality.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the operational project management, including projects’ deliverables
  • Develop, implement and analyze budgets
  • Review and assess operational effectiveness and implement changes to drive business performance
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with relevant stakeholders – suppliers, customers and government authorities
  • Play a key role in the conceptual development of the various construction projects and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation
  • Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan whilst managing the day-to-day operational aspects of projects
  • Maintain close collaboration with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers and all stakeholders to minimize errors in the process to achieve smooth completion of projects
  • Conduct project briefing, kick start meeting and responsible for periodic progress reports
  • Prepare cost estimates and monitor progress claim, interim certificate and issue payment response
  • Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions
  • Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities
  • Monitoring and following up on construction progress and progress claims
  • Prepare and review of construction drawings and shop drawings, technical proposals, and method statements
  • Experience project management experience – coordination, project planning, customer relationship management
  • Ad hoc assignments

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience
  • Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of project
  • Proficient in MS Project and MS Office
  • Passion in people and project management
  • Self motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
  • Good written and communication skills
