Roles & Responsibilities
- Positive attitude, team player and good communication skills
- Able to lead, train and coach team member
- Assist production in day-to-day activities from start to finish
- Manage and handle daily production purchase, inventory, stock, and work schedule
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
- Troubleshoot and identify mechanical / electrical / electronic systems issue and make corrective actions to resolve issues
- To ensure the achievement of plant quality goals and objectives through quality production by optimized usage of resources
- Engage in ISO/HACCP Program, maintain documentation and train all staffs under their supervision on various SOPs
- Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation
- Other tasks assigned by Management
Requirements
- Monday - Saturday, 8am - 6pm
- Must be physically fit
- Fluent & able to read Mandarin due to client base
- 2 Years Experience in Supervisory role in Manufacturing sector
