- Spearhead business development initiatives for specialty chemicals, including base oils, fuels and lubes additives, and catalysts in the SEA region.
- Actively identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s goals, focusing on key growth segments.
- Conduct regular travel across the SEA region to meet with clients, build relationships, and close deals.
- Collaborate closely with technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to long-term revenue growth.
