Job Descriptions:
- Prepare documentations for employee's employment.
- Provide administrative support.
- Update and maintain employees' records & Personal-files.
- Update employees' e-leave record, medical, and insurance claims.
- Maintenance of HR records.
- Update and maintain WICA records, medical insurance claim to relevant authorities and parties liaison
- Assist in submission of Work Pass applications and renewals.
- Training Arrangement (CSOC, CORETRADE and etc).
- Orientation for new joiner.
- Arrange Worker Accommodation.
- Other ad-hoc duties when required.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin (able to communicate with Chinese speaking employees to schedule training and work requirements).
- Having knowledge of the Employment Act and HR practices and regulations
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
