In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and customer needs in the security industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to understand potential clients and the competitive landscape.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales proposals that showcase the value of our security services.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize profitability, including competitive analysis and pricing optimization.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery aligns with client needs and expectations.
  • Strategize business expansion, balancing financial goals with customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events and networking sessions to promote company services and build business relationships.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to support the company’s strategic goals and vision.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years proven experience in the security industry, with a strong understanding of market trends, services, and client needs.
  • Established network of business contacts within the security sector, with the ability to leverage these relationships to drive business growth.
  • Track record of success in sales, business development, or account management, particularly in achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling proposals and close deals.
  • Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to maintain strong client relationships and foster new connections.
  • Strategic thinking with experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies and business expansion plans.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
