Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for vehicles fleet and equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Liaise with operations teams to address vehicle breakdowns and operational concerns, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Manage receipt, maintenance, and monitoring of mechanical parts inventory to ensure accurate tracking and efficient use of resources.
- Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities and performance metrics to keep stakeholders informed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair, preferably with experience in spare parts management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prepared to work on weekends and 24 hours standby for breakdowns
- Must have a Class 3 Driving Licence
