Job focus (issues that need to be solved when the candidate arrives): Office decoration + secretary experience bonus + administrative personnel + government affairs processing + some financial matters such as tax processing (financial knowledge)
Job responsibilities
1. Handle a full range of human resources and administrative functions, including recruitment, employment contracts, onboarding arrangements, employee relations, salary/social insurance, employee compensation and benefits, income tax, etc.
2. Responsible for office administration, office leasing and maintenance of renovation projects, including procurement and management of office supplies, asset management, office equipment maintenance, regular housekeeping, and replenishment of office supplies.
3. Handle calls, faxes, emails and express delivery; assist in performing reception duties.
4. Maintain and update employee attendance and leave records, social insurance and medical cards.
5. Perform any temporary duties assigned by management.
Job requirements
2.3-5 years of relevant experience in all-round human resources activities;
3. Proficient in Singapore's Employment Ordinance and other employment-related regulations;
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
5. Disciplined, careful, responsible, hard-working, mature, with strong organizational skills;
6. Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and have effective time management;
7. Good reading and writing skills
