Finance Executive (3 months contract - convertible)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Accounts Payable function which include verification and recording of invoice and payment processing
- Ensure accuracy of invoicing entries and posting in accounting system
- Reconciliation of creditors’ statements to accounting records and investigate discrepancies, if any
- Maintaining of Fixed Assets Register and Bank Reconciliation matters
- Responding appropriately to vendor and internal requests on financial accounting matters
- Ensure compliance with company’s policy and procedures
- Assist in budget process and liaise with auditors
- Ensure proper documentation / filling
- Involve in ad hoc projects as and when assigned
Requirements
- Possess at least NITEC / LCCI / Diploma in Accounting
- Knowledge in Navision accounting software will be preferred
- Min 1 year of relevant experience in this role
- Preferably with experience in F&B or retail industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and word
- Committed, meticulous, positive personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, team player
- Ability to work within tight timelines and in a fast-paced environment
