Job Description
- Position: Language Translator (English - Thai) / 3 to 5 months contract
- Well Established Japanese Manufacturing MNC
- Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000
- Working Location: Tuas
- Island Wide Company Transport Provided
- Outpatient Medical & Dental Insurance Provided
- Duration: 3 to 5 months
- Industry: Manufacturing
Main Responsibilities:
- Translate written documents, content, and materials from English to Thai and Thai to English, maintaining the original meaning and tone.
- Collaborate with internal teams or clients to understand the context, industry-specific terms, and project goals.
- Ensure that industry-specific terminology is accurately reflected in document translations.
- Responsible for interpreting between English and Thai during operational training sessions.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a translator/interpreter (English to Thai and vice versa).
- Fluency in both Thai and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent writing and editing skills in both languages.
