Roles & Responsiblities
- Preparation of food & drinks as required in accordance to SOPs.
- Cashiering duties for store opening & closing.
- Maintaining sufficient ingredients & stocks for sales at all times.
- Ensuring preparation areas & side stations are cleaned regularly.
- Ensuring dining areas are cleaned promptly and comfortable for customers.
- Complete housekeeping functions where necessary (ie. cleaning, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash and etc.)
- Providing suggestions and recommendations to upsell.
- Assisting customers with their order and enquiries.
- Deal with complaints and problems with a positive attitude.
- Facilitating and assisting Supervisor in any other requirements.
