The successful candidate will be part of the Programmes & Services team, reporting to the Head, Programmes & Services. He/she will be responsible of the co-ordination, development and management of programmes for RSVP Singapore. The candidate will be expected to work with different stakeholders, such as volunteers and community partners.


Key role and responsibility include:-


Programme Management

• Plan and schedule programme activities

• Organise and manage events relating to programme - briefing, logistics, coordination with schools and other partner organisations

• Collate and analyse programme data and feedback for enhancement

• Organise meetings and work with Programme Chairperson and committees to review and enhance programme

• Maintain proper administrative records related to programmes


Partnership Management

• Cultivate new partners and maintain good working relations with existing partners

• Coordinate with partners to execute programmes

• Manage communications and feedback from stakeholders

• Monitor, evaluate and submit reports on KPIs to funders and partners


Volunteer Management

• Recruit, engage and deploy volunteers within the programme

• Coordinate their volunteering training schedule

• Manage and grow volunteer pool to support the programme


Other Duties

• Time to time as assigned by Senior Management


Skills and Competencies

• Ability to work independently and proactively

• Have a good learning attitude and aptitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Tech-savvy and Proficient in Microsoft office skills

• Proficient in spoken and written English

• Possess strong planning, organizational and analytical skills


Qualifications

· Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline

· Prior experience in programme and/or volunteer management, preferably in a social service sector will be an advantage.
