Job Responsibilities
- As an Equipment Owner able to evaluates, selects, and make justification for equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products.
- Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
- Liaise with vendors to resolve equipment issues and manage/drive vendors' performance to meet/exceed equipment KPI, MTTR, MTBF and goals.
- Establishes projects and solutions for increasing uptime, throughput, cost saving and resolve equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process.
- Ability to review Process SPC data, setup equipment FDC and machine control. Experienced in Fabguard application. Improve and meet the equipment FDC OOC rate for equipment SECS/GEM capable.
- Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations.
- Defines and writes preventative maintenance procedures and schedules.
- Conduct training to shift members (PM operator, Technician & Engineers).
- Able to coach shift engineer in performing hardware trouble shooting, generate troubleshoot lesson learnt material and equipment OCAP for sharing with Team.
Job Requirements
- Diploma with minimum 5years relevant working experiences or bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering.
- Had minimum 3~6 experienced in SUSS, TEL Track, SCREEN, EVG equipment.
- Additional experienced in exposure equipment will be added value.
- Able to perform overtime work (if require), including working in a cleanroom environment.
- Able to work well with minimal supervision and ability to prioritize tasks and follow specific procedures.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of semiconductor processing and process equipment (Lithography)
- Experienced in repair and maintain a variety of Wafer Bonder, Developer, Coater equipment operation and related issues.
- Have strong technical writing skill of equipment procedure, 8D, FMEA, RA, Incident Report. Ability to work with cross department on any ICAR/8D closure with proper measure implementation.
- Knowledge of using tools to diagnose, resolve the issue (e.g., Multimeter, flow meter, TC wafer, TRH data logger and hand tools).
- Experienced in equipment purchase requirement review with cross department, on new equipment purchasing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- Strong initiative and work independent with result driven mindset.
