Job Responsibilities
- Handle corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, preparation of directors’/shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients, application of employment passes, etc
- Maintain company statutory registers and records
- Assist in bank opening for clients
- Maintain and update contracts and corporate secretarial records
- Priority to those with at least 2 years experience working in secretarial companies
Requirements
- MUST be able to communicate and write in both English and Chinese
- Must possess a secretary certificate
- Good understanding of the Singapore Companies Act & ACRA
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good work attitude
