We are a fintech company seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our operations adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will play a critical role in developing compliance programs, conducting audits, and fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs to ensure adherence to applicable regulations and standards.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the company’s operations.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance policies are integrated into business processes.
  • Provide training and support to employees on compliance matters and best practices.
  • Prepare and submit reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
  • Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies and ensure timely communication of compliance-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, law, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS, CRCM) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., AML, KYC, GDPR).
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in compliance management software and tools is a plus.
