Conveyancing Secretary

Details:

  • Handle Private Resale / BUC & HDB conveyancing matters.
  • Liaise with Banks, CPF Board, Solicitors, and Clients on various conveyancing matters with the conveyancing solicitors.
  • Manage client appointments and monitor deadlines.
  • Maintenance of files and records.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience is required.
  • Good communication skills, enthusiasm, and a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Good Organization skills and the ability to work independently.
