Admin/Purchasing Executive

Apex Chemicals (s) Pte Ltd

Job Summary:

The Admin/Purchasing Executive supports administrative functions and manages procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and maintain filing systems.
    Prepare reports and coordinate office supplies.
  2. Purchasing Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate suppliers; negotiate contracts.
    Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
  3. Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with departments on needs.
  4. Budget Management:Assist in managing the procurement budget and track expenses.
  5. Communication:Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues.

5.5 days work week.

Location: Tuas

MRT Transport provided to and from mrt station.
