- Lead the development of strategic plans and structures to foster a culture of care, trust, mentoring, and collaboration.
- Manage and enhance Centre operations while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Drive operational and programme excellence by developing strong processes in governance, partnerships, continuous development, curriculum, and pedagogy.
- Develop frameworks for sustained collaborative partnerships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to engage team and stakeholders effectively.
- Model and promote the Centre's mission, vision, and values.
- Oversee the wellbeing of all staff in the Centre.
