Job Responsibilities:
- Introduce and promote the products and services of the Health Management Center to clients.
- Provide health management advice and solutions tailored to the client’s needs.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and acquire new clients.
- Participate in promotional activities to drive sales performance.
- Handle sales orders and after-sales customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality service.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Passion for the health management industry; related experience is a plus.
- A responsible, team-oriented attitude with the ability to handle pressure.
- Proficiency in common office software and basic computer skills.
- Good market awareness to identify and meet potential customer needs.
- Fluency in both English and another language (depending on the location, such as Singapore where bilingualism may be required).
Compensation Structure:
- Base Salary: A fixed monthly salary $500~$2000(According to performance completion).
- Performance Commission: Additional earnings based on sales performance, with commission rates depending on company policy.
Expected total monthly income for experienced employees ranges between $3,500 and $7,000, depending on individual sales performance.
Operating Hours 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM:
Employee shifts are scheduled by the store manager. Each workday consists of 5.5 hours (excluding meal breaks), with 6 days off per month.
