Key Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative duties
• Assisting in customer’s queries over phone and email
• Processing of daily customer orders
• Ensure all orders and deliveries are in orderly manner
• Liaise closely with operations department in resolving discrepancies/requests from customers
• Performing daily invoicing and delivery orders
• Any other job-related ad-hoc duties / projects as assigned by Management
Job Requirements
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Candidate with no experience but willing to learn are welcome to apply
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Qualifications
• Secondary / Certification / Nitec / Diploma or equivalent
