* Liaison with customers, consultants, engineers, inspection bodies and suppliers on matters relating to quality
assurance and technical matters
* Supervision of trial-mixes
* Coordinating with Production / Plant Managers to conduct investigation on quality deficiencies
* Conduct site visits to ensure that quality of concrete supplied is within design parameters
* Co-ordinate all QA/QC opeations in conjunction with QC staff to ensure that customers are satisfied with
the level of service provided
* Co-ordinate with the Sales and Production Departments to ensure that customer complaints are
professionally and efficiently resolved
* Control costs within the Laboratory to meet the budget
* Monitor cube strength results (internal QC and external sites results)
