Job Description
· Address customer’s inquiries regarding products and services
· Liaise with sales, delivery and warehouse teams to ensure prompt delivery of customer’s products
· Resolve customer’s complaints or feedbacks and propose solutions to it
· Handle clerical tasks such as processing work orders, delivery orders, filling documents, submit claims and delivery tracking)
· Handle after sales service
· Manage site visit or rectification of scheduling, planning replacement for defect items (if any)
· Ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirement
· Experience in interior design and/or furniture industry is preferred
· Experience in Customer Relationship Management is a bonus
· Candidates with no working experience are welcomed to apply
· Able to think in a swift and strategic manner
· Good reading and writing language skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Team player, able to handle in a fast-paced environment
