Senior Tech Recruiter, APAC
Our client is seeking a Tech Recruiter to join their Singapore team to support their innovative R&D efforts and help attract top talent in the technology sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong grasp of the team's needs, internal structure, and objectives, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to create strategies for attracting the right talent.
- Source, engage, and manage discussions with candidates, handling negotiations and securing hires across various levels, while ensuring recruitment targets are consistently met.
- Provide a seamless and engaging experience for candidates throughout the entire process.
- Promote a strong company identity, guiding managers and interviewers to present a positive and meaningful organizational culture.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 8 years of experience in sourcing and securing talent, with a focus on roles in technology and IT. Global recruitment exposure is a plus.
- Expertise in all aspects of talent acquisition, including direct outreach, interview techniques, relevant employment regulations, salary negotiations, and relationship building.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams with diverse backgrounds.
- Global perspective and knowledge of international recruitment standards.
- Solid understanding of the impact that talent acquisition and workforce planning have on overall organizational success, particularly in consulting environments.
