Responsibilities
Workato is growing fast in Asia and we're now looking to hire a Talent Acquisition partner. Based in Singapore and focused on our GTM hires across our Singapore, Japan and Australia offices.
We're looking for an experienced recruiter who will:
- Partner closely with our GTM leadership team, to build out market leading sales teams.
- Develop and nurture talent pipelines.
- Advise and guide hiring managers on best practices.
- Network with the talent community in our key markets.
- Actively identify and engage candidates through outreach
- Carry out in depth initial interviews with candidates.
- Shortlist and progress candidates effectively: We trust our Talent Acquisition team to be strong judges of character and potential.
- Conduct offer negotiations.
Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
- 5+ years of experience working as an end-to-end in-house recruiter / external agency recruiter.
- Experience working within / on behalf of SaaS-based, high-growth tech start-up environment.
- Experience filling GTM roles, particularly Account Executives is essential.
Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics
- You'll have strong relationship and consultative skills with candidates, hiring managers and key business partners with the ability to influence, inform and negotiate.
- You'll be comfortable working independently, with a high degree of empowerment.
- You find enjoyment networking.
