- Able to travel to multiple outlets across the island
- Willing to commit to work weekends and public holidays
- Well versed in overseeing budgets and control costs
- Support oversight of all daily operations functions relating to front and back end of the restaurant
- Develop, implement and maintain Quality Management standard create and maintain new marketing strategies
- Resolve staff/equipment maintaince issues
- Assist to oversee and manage a team of full time/permanent staff
- Source for suppliers and negotiate prices
- Work closely with various roles in the management team
- Monitor the performance standards of food quality, service speed and hygiene standards
- Get to know guest’s satisfaction and execute plan to improve their satisfaction and increase spending and loyalty
- Complete all daily paperwork, periodic inventories and statistical reports accurately and in a timely basis with action for improvement.
- Responsible for achieving monthly sales target by deploying the management approved marketing strategies
- Perform any other additional responsibilities as assigned by the management
- Show strong leadership qualities to be a role model to the team
