Job Description:
- Responsible for the upkeeping of facilities and equipment.
- Plan and implement effective preventive maintenance program for facilities and equipment.
- Ensure preventive maintenance stipulated are being conducted promptly.
- Coordinate with contractors in relation to facilities/equipment repair and maintenance, ensure their quality and safety standards meet the requirements.
- Closely monitor all critical repairs to ensure short down time.
- Maintain proper documentation.
- Recommend the replacement and upgrade of facilities and equipment through the annual budgeting process.
- Participate in continuous improvement program to achieve cost reduction.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above, preferably in facilities management, mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Relevant work experience in facilities.
- Licensed Electrician Worker (LEW) accredited by EMA will be an added advantage.
