Job Description
- Managing, oversee and optimise various aspects of e-commerce operations, including website functionality, user experience, product listings, managing inventories, processing orders, order fulfilment and customer service.
- Developing and implementing e-commerce strategies aligned with company goals
- Creating and managing e-commerce budgets, including advertising and promotion spend
- Analyzing e-commerce data and metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
- Staying up-to-date with trends and innovations in e-commerce, and making recommendations for improvement
- Platforms include Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and WordPress WooCommerce.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the e-commerce industry with a proven track record of driving online sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent understanding of social media channels as marketing platforms for business
- Strong expertise in managing product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and other e-commerce operations to optimise product visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
- Great analytical mindset with an ability to use data to drive decision-making and present solutions for boosting online sales
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
