Your New Role
As an HR Executive, you will provide administrative support to the HR team, focusing on HR operations, recruitment coordination, and employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating recruitment efforts, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate pipelines
- Maintaining accurate HR records, updating employee databases, and ensuring compliance
- Assisting with employee onboarding, training, and development initiatives
- Supporting employee engagement activities, events, and wellness programs
- Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment coordination/support
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
