- Position Title: Field Service Technician/ Engineer
- Working Location: Ubi (Nearest MRT: Tai Seng) – Company transportation provided to travel to client location
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am – 6.00 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3000 + OT (Dependent on project) + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Field Service Engineer
- Work as part of a team to install, test, and commission company equipment, ensuring all systems are fully operational and meet client expectations.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of network-based systems, ensuring connectivity and functionality.
- Set up and configure security surveillance systems and access control systems, ensuring proper functionality and client satisfaction.
- Install and maintain radio communication equipment, ensuring uninterrupted communication services.
- Regularly service and maintain installed equipment to ensure optimal performance, including troubleshooting and repairs when necessary.
- Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely completion of assignments.
- Participate in on-the-job training under senior engineers, developing your technical skills and expanding your field of expertise.
Field Service Technician
- Perform accurate installation and laying of electrical cables to ensure proper connectivity, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.
- Assist in the testing and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring that all equipment is safely operational and meets performance standards.
- Conduct routine general maintenance on installed electrical systems and equipment to maintain optimal functionality and reduce downtime.
- Diagnose and fix electrical faults and malfunctions, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work closely with other technicians and engineers to complete tasks efficiently and effectively, ensuring all project goals are met on time.
- Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on the latest industry trends, electrical techniques, and safety standards.

- Min. NITEC in Electronic or Electrical
- 1 year’s experience working with security surveillance systems, access control, or radio communication equipment preferred
- Training provided for those without experience
- Class 3 driver’s license preferred
