Lecturer Deployment
1. Prepare and update the list of deployed lecturers
2. Schedule classes and prepare timetables after checking lecturer availability
3. Prepare and send deployment for approval and arrange contract from HR
4. Register with EDP partner by sending necessary documents to Academic Directors
Timetable / Course Planning
1. Prepare an orientation email draft for ASM with the required attachments
2. Prepare a module student name list for ALL courses and share it with ASM
3. Prepare timetables for in-house and EDP programmes
4. Inform students of changes via Blackboard, email & WhatsApp
5. Update late-joiners on the timetable
6. Provide timetables to the marketing team as requested
Room Allocation
· Prepare weekly room allocation for lessons
Job Requirements
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills
2. Ability to work in groups/teams
3. Service level must be maintained
4. Customer Centric
5. Min 2 years of working experience in educational administration or any industry
