Our client, a renowned player in the industry is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Social Media Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with business goals, KPIs, and brand guidelines.
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Conduct thorough research on current trends and audience preferences ; recommend and implement new features to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with the PR and Content teams to create, edit, publish, and share compelling content that aligns with the global brand and marketing strategies.
- Optimize SEO, web traffic, and engagement across all social media channels.
- Analyze social media campaigns and performance metrics, providing monthly reports on ROI.
- Engage with customers and followers, addressing queries promptly and monitoring comments and reviews.
- Ensure brand consistency across HQ and partners' social media accounts.
- Contribute to new market expansion by offering digital insights and supporting strategic planning and onboarding processes.
- Act as an advisor in discussions with franchise partners regarding their local social media campaigns and optimization efforts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in strategic social media or digital marketing roles.
- Expertise in social media metrics, SEO, and tools to track and measure performance.
- Experience working with both local and international markets and customer bases.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of search and social media advertising, programmatic advertising, and content production is an advantage.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
- Salary: Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.
