Job Description:
- Oversee full accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), invoicing, payments, collections, and month-end closing.
- Post accounting entries, complete monthly reconciliations for banks, debtors, creditors, and inter-company balances.
- Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and bank reconciliations, and calculate sales commissions.
- Maintain petty cash records, manage stock control, and arrange for replenishment.
- Address financial queries from vendors and customers, prepare GST reports, and assist with audit schedules while coordinating with auditors and tax officers.
- Work with the sales team, place orders, and communicate with suppliers in China, Malaysia, and Singapore.
- Follow up on shipments with suppliers and logistics in China to ensure timely delivery to the warehouse.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- Min. 3 years of full set of accounting working experiences in the Manufacturing industry.
