- Position Title: Sales Admin cum Training Coordinator
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Fri (9 am - 6 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange in-house training sessions, including preparing and sending out certificates and training materials, ensuring all participants attend their scheduled sessions.
- Coordinate and assist in the planning of WSQ courses.
- Oversee safety personnel, which includes drafting contracts, gathering timesheets, and calculating payroll.
- Recruit staff for ad-hoc assignments as needed.
- Source and liaise with vendors and consultants for various projects.
- Identify and coordinate training centers, ensuring smooth arrangements for participants.
- Prepare and issue invoices and quotations.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and quotations when necessary.
- Track tender portals, compile necessary documents, and submit tenders accordingly.
- Any other tasks assigned by the manager.

- Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Proficient in English spoken and written, to liaise with English speaking counterparts.
