Job Description
- Plan and execute data-led rewards/loyalty marketing campaign activation aligned with overall marketing strategy, to achieve positive outcomes across member life-cycle marketing initiatives, such as membership growth, platform conversions, and member engagement/retention.
- Manage and grow key strategic partnerships initiatives, and implementing partner-marketing campaigns.
- Drive digital engagement with members across owned media channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement Mar-Tech related innovation projects and campaigns.
- Stay updated with latest marketing technologies and growth hacking to uncover new marketing opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
- Prior experience in retail/brands/hospitality/loyalty/Mar-Tech environment.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills and creativity.
- Innovative and self-driven individual who is a team player.
