- Focus: Assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching, gathering, and synthesizing information for Workday Project
- Office location: Singapore (Central)
- Working hours: Monday – Friday (Office Hour)
- This role is starting off as contract position
The Talent
- Existing and up to date Workday Partner Certification (Good to have)
- Minimum of 3 cycles of Workday Recruiting module implementation
- Experience in leading Workday implementation for more than 2 Functional modules
- Workday certification in Recruiting module
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
The Job
As a Workday HCM Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems. Your day-to-day activities will involve assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.
- Lead or support the Recruiting workstream on a Workday implementation project.
- Work with client to support the new requirements for Recruiting.
- Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes
- Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday
- Manage small on and off-shore functional teams
- Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
- Architect Workday Recruiting solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
- Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
- Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping.
- Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
