Job Scope:
- Plan and implement the execution of preventive and corrective programs for the equipment
- Perform troubleshooting, faut diagnosis and failure analysis to determine cause of failure for equipment
- Develop Standard Operating procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI)
- Develop and perform Risk Assessments to evaluate mitigation measures for all maintenance activities
- Establish and maintain proper document system
- Identify, plan and review necessary training needs for the Maintenance Team
- Maintenance reporting
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Engineering
- Possess at least 1 - 3 years of Equipment Maintenance experience
- No experience are welcome to apply and training will be provided
- Prior supervisory / team lead experience is advantageous
- Ability to relate work with different stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Powerpoint)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and international skills
- Strong writing and presentation skills
