Job Description:
- Primarily to be involved in quantity take-off
- Study tender/contract drawings and specifications – highlight discrepancies, seek clarification in the case of lack of or unclear information, etc.
- Assist in the liaison with suppliers/subcons to obtain quotations
- Assist in the analysis of quotations and scope
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standard details and specifications
- Attend site visits if required
Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or higher
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quantity surveying or similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Familiarity with quantity take-off – need to be precise and quick
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally in the field of quantity surveying
