RESPONSIBILITY
- Utilises knowledge of various machines, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials and other physical sciences to complete drawings;
- Verify that drawings are accurate, legible, and follow applicable industry codes;
- Create detailed drawings as per clients’ specifications;
- Work directly with project manager and 3D designer to develop drawings, schematics, and diagrams for projects;
- Uses computer assisted design/drafting equipment and software to develop designs;
- Creates and revises fabrication drawings;
- Drafts detailed multi-view drawings of products;
- Modify existing drawings to reflect necessary changes;
REQUIREMENTS
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and on a team;
- Detail oriented, organized with the ability to handle multiple ongoing projects and meet deadlines;
- Knowledge of drafting standards, mathematics, and engineering technology;
- The ability to pay attention to detail and follow work instructions;
- Able to effectively communicate and work collaboratively with various departments such as project, production and designer;
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment;
- Degree or Diploma in Architectural or Civil Engineering or Building Information Technology
- Minimium 1 year of relevant experience in construction industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up & 3D Max
