Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff involved in food production.
- Identify training needs through discussions with employees and managers.
- Conduct training sessions on food safety, equipment use, hygiene, and company policies.
- Evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and results.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards through regular training.
- Work with department heads to create specialized training where needed.
- Maintain training records and prepare progress reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and update training programs as needed.
- Support onboarding of new employees.
Requirements:
- Degree or experience in HR, Training, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in food manufacturing.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to organize and deliver various types of training (classroom, on-the-job).
- Good organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Certification in Training and Development.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing.
