Job Description:
Join our team to support the operations of the Healthcare Cluster Data Warehouses and Data Lake. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in investigating and resolving issues within SLA, focusing on ETL processes and data visualization using Oracle Analytics Server.
Key Responsibilities:
· Log, track, and manage all support tickets in the ticketing system.
· Collaborate with institutions and application teams to gather relevant information for analysis and execute the resolution process, ensuring timely closure of tickets.
· Conduct monthly and ad-hoc service requests for all tickets raised.
· Participate in internal and management meetings with functional analysts, institutional stakeholders, and Chief Medical Information Officers (CMIOs) to provide updates and insights on ongoing issues and resolutions.
· Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement.
· Perform validation of data warehouses after scheduled maintenance to ensure they are functioning correctly.
Requirements / Qualifications:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical/scientific discipline.
· 1-3 years of experience in data-related support roles, with a focus on ETL and data visualization.
· Familiarity with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Tableau, and Informatica PowerCenter is highly desirable.
