Position title: Warehouse Supervisor
- Working Days: 5.5 days
- Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Sat 8.30am-12.30pm
- Location: Gul Way
- Salary: $3,200 - $4,000
Job Descriptions
- To lead and manage a team of warehouse personnels
- Conduct cycle and Physical count
- Ensure accurate cycle and physical counts conducted and accuracy of warehouse inventories
- Received all goods delivered to store and update the inhouse system on goods status (PO & RMA, Receipt)
- To manage inventory and administrative duties inventory housekeeping (Scrap and Adjustment)
- Conduct physical inventory stock take yearly
- Practice 5 S house keeping
- To resolve inventory issue and to give good support to the team to improve their productivity
- Monitoring and ensuring KPI targets are met
- Creating and implementing SOPs
- Liaising with Stakeholders
- Arrange daily inbound & outbound loadings and materials handling activities
- Process of documentation for delivery, goods receiving, material handling
- Maintain / upkeep warehouse equipment
- Execute safety and maintenance practives in compliance to OSHAS, 5S and ISO requirement
- Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc task and related duties as and when required
- Perform periodic provisioning
Job Requirements
- Min "O" level of its equivalent
- Min 2-3 years Warehouse operations experience
- Working experience in warehouse preferred
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS office proficiency
- Have a valid license to operate forklift
