Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical liaison between the customer and the Service Engineering HQ.
- Investigate operational issues and provide solutions for system malfunctions.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), such as reliability, availability, and maintainability.
- Present monthly diagnostics, inspection, and outage reports to customers.
- Coordinate all maintenance activities under the service agreements, including planned and unplanned maintenance.
- Ensure clear communication between the customer, teams, and local vendors during maintenance activities.
- Lead or support investigations into operational and mechanical issues, minimizing operational risks.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve urgent issues and support root cause analysis during forced outages.
- Provide clear, logical reports for both external customers and internal teams.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in power or process industries.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team and under pressure.
- Additional training in areas like NDT, machinery diagnostics, or automation will be an advantage.
