We’re looking for an Investment Banking Associate to:
- Develop pitch book presentations to explain industry trends, discuss client options, and recommend strategies to meet client goals
- Generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward I
- Identify and meet client needs, coordinating, and working alongside colleagues and investors
- Create and analyze financial models for potential transactions and client pitches
- Spot problems, generate options, and recommend solutions (you’re a contingency planner by nature)
- Lead execution and project management of the potential transactions - coordinate teams of bankers, legal counsels, tax advisors, run due diligence processes and actively participate in the negotiations of legal documentation
Your team:
You’ll be working in the Global Banking business Vietnam country coverage team in Singapore. We work on a wide range of public and private transactions. You’ll play an important role in advising clients on a range of market and strategic matters, including; understanding their obligations as a listed company, enhancing value for and growing the shareholder base, raising capital amongst others.

Your expertise:
- Ideally you have 3-5 years working experience in the finance industry or related with transaction execution experience
- Ideally you have a deep understanding of ASEAN markets
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, law, or a related field
- Solid financial analysis skills, with the ability to produce accurate presentation material quickly
- Adaptable, able to seamlessly transition between multiple topic areas
- Driven and creative with exemplary integrity
- Fluent in the English and Vietnamese languages to support local client base is preferred
