- My Client, a reputable MNC in the Retail industry is looking to hire an Executive Assistant, supporting senior management
- Monday - Friday
- Office hours
- Central - Hybrid work arrangements
- Salary - Up to $10k! (Subjected to experience)
- Candidates who are available on an immediate basis will be preferred!
The Talent:
- Min 10 years of experience as supporting Senior Management team in MNC environment
- Structured individual with excellent administrative, logistic and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think holistically to “see the big picture”
- Flexible working in terms of when work is performed as business is conducted across multiple time zones
- Good communications and interpersonal skills. Ability to take initiative and build strong, productive network and relationships
Job Description
- Provide daily support to the senior management (management committee)
- Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (calendar management, booking of travels, etc.)
- Meeting management such as sending meeting invites, reservation of meeting rooms, prepare meeting materials and coordinate logistics
- Handle travel expenses and invoices
- Build, develop or consolidate power point presentations
- Coordinate team meetings and taking minutes if necessary
- Responsible for developing efficient processes, routines and potential automation of administrative task
