(study with reference to Economy/ Policies/ Seasonality/ Historical trends/ Competition)
▪ Evaluate changing points and clarify planning assumptions for short to mid-term Sales plan. (maximise Opportunity, manage Risk)
▪ Manage production order plan to ensure efficient supply condition using excel tool "rundown".
▪ Discuss and facilitate concensus building with distributor on short & mid-long term planning
