Job Description
- Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing areas of leadership development; formulating career and succession plans; management and retention; change management; organisational and performance management; evaluate learning and development activities and programs; compensation and benefits
- Collaborate with the Company's executive management team to establish sound plans of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the Company
- Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit regarding key organisational, management and people issues
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors
- At least 15 years of HR experience with minimum 5 years of HR leadership experience within an international organisation
- Excellent verbal, written communication and influencing skills
- Thorough understanding of the regulatory environment governing plantation operations, with a strong focus on labour, sustainability, and community engagement.
- Deep experience in strategic planning and in-depth knowledge of all HR functions
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skill
