Responsible for rendering excellent services and care to our patients and next of kin, upholding our company’s vision as the most trusted healthcare provider in the region.
Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Provide directions and assistance to all internal and external customers by handling their requests and enquiries
- Coordinate and conduct Maternity Tours and Hospital Tours
- To conduct ward visitation for inpatients and ensure patient’s confidentiality at all times
- To go the extra mile and delight patient whenever possible
- Handle feedbacks from all channels and provide appropriate follow up actions/ service recovery
- To prepare gifts and presentation for hospital’s festivity celebrations
- Participate in projects and assist in events
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by FOM
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
Qualities required for this role include:
- Customer service oriented and good team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Preferably with at least 1 year of customer service experience or in the service industry
- Open to shift work arrangement
- Patient and compassionate towards guests and patients
- Bilingual and knowledge of a foreign language will be an asset
- Good telephone etiquette
